Silver Strong is a San Francisco Bay Area Family Extension Service for older adults and their families. It exists for the moments when a senior’s life quietly changes—when everyday things require more effort, fewer moments are shared with people, responsibilities become harder to manage alone, and family can’t always be there in person.
