About Franklin – Life, Education & Professional Experience

Franklin was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He was educated at Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory and went on to the University of San Francisco, where he completed his bachelor’s degree in marketing and later earned his MBA in finance.

Early in his career (2000–2008), he worked in printing, marketing and promotions. Like many people starting out, he learned important lessons the hard way—what it means to lose a job, adapt quickly, and navigate how society and work really function.

From 2009, Franklin moved to San Mateo, California and started his own family. He saw an opportunity in the software world and transitioned into a career where he spent 15+ years working in a Customer Success capacity across fast-paced, complex environments—learning both the opportunities and challenges that come with modern, systems-driven work.
